The registration fees upto 31^st December 2008 is Rs 1000 for consultants and Rs 500 for residents (Certificate from HOD required), after which it will be Rs 2000 for consultants and Rs 1000 for residents. The registration fees of accompanying persons will be same as that of residents, irrespective of their age.

For registration, please send your name address and demand draft payable to 4^th National Congress of Indian Stroke Association, payable at Hyderabad and mail it to the  Congress Secretariat at the below  given address.  Kindly also indicate if you will attend the “Clinical Research Workshop” since it will be open only to the first 50 registrants.  We suggest early registration to avoid disappointment.
